Job Description

The role is to facilitate the transfer of residential and commercial infrastructure from the ownership of the housebuilder/ developer to the highway authority, water company or third-party management company. This ultimately releases the developer from long term liabilities along with allowing the financial bond to be discharged. The infrastructure to be transferred includes highways, sewers, pump stations and open space.

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure & Open Spaces Adoptions

• Working with senior team members to assist in the compilation of reports detailing the adoption requirements to allow formal transfer of infrastructure to local authorities, water companies and management companies.
• Administrative tasks to increase your knowledge of procurement and sub-contractor engagement and management.
• Liaising with professionals including bondsman, solicitors, water company and local authority representatives.
• Working alongside senior team members in the undertaking of site inspections and the management of contractors
• Commitment to further studies.

Requirements

• Previous construction site activities preferable.
• GCSE grade 4 of above in English & Maths.
• UK Work Permit.
• Full Driving licence preferred.
• Self-motivation, enthusiastic and models integrity.
